Just a note to all, I am going to clean up old posts and remove a bunch as the year ends to clean it up and keep it fresh. I will keep a few of the popular posts, but if you see things removed, you know why. Same goes for the for sale ads. Most will be removed, so please re-fresh for the new year. Probably late Novemeber early December clean up times.
